Let me share a little about myself…
I have an AA in Early Childhood/Special Education, a BA in Child Development, and a MS in Early Childhood Education Administration and I am currently enrolled in a Doctoral Program where I am working towards an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Teaching. In addition to my degrees, I am a certified early childhood educator for the State of Rhode Island.
I work as an online instructor with a goal to assist early childhood educators in earning a degree. I decided to teach adults, because I believe that learning is a life-long process and in addition to my passion of working with young children, I enjoy working with adults.
I have been working in early care and education since 1988. In fact, I own and operate a childcare center in Smithfield, RI. My center is licensed to serve 91 children, 44 preschool and kindergarten aged and 47 infant and toddlers.
